YSUITE WhatsApp Business gives your team a shared inbox for customer conversations, campaign broadcasting, and flow-based messaging — all connected to your CRM contacts.

Requires the WhatsApp Business add-on and a connected WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).

How it fits together

  • Contacts from the CRM are your messaging audience.
  • Templates must be approved by Meta before use in campaigns.
  • Campaigns send a template to a selected list of contacts at a scheduled time.
  • Inbox receives replies — threads are assigned to team members for follow-up.
  • Automations can trigger WhatsApp messages based on CRM events (e.g. deal created, form submitted).

Sender IDs

A Sender ID is your connected WhatsApp Business phone number. You can have multiple Sender IDs (e.g. one per brand or region). Configure them under Settings → WhatsApp → Sender IDs.
