My HR Self-Service
My HR is the employee-facing side of HRMS. Every employee sees it once HRMS is enabled for your organisation, regardless of whether they have HR Admin access.
Requires the HRMS module. No special permission is needed beyond being an active employee record.
What's in My HR
| Page | What it's for |
|---|---|
| My Dashboard | A summary view — attendance status, leave balance, recent payslips, and anything needing attention |
| My Profile | View and update personal details, photo, emergency contacts, bank accounts and identity documents |
| My Attendance | Check in / check out, view attendance history, and submit a regularisation request |
| My Leave | Apply for leave, track requests, and see current leave balances |
| My Payslips | View and download payslips once a payroll run is finalized |
| My Tax | (India only) Submit a tax declaration, compare regimes, view your tax computation, and download Form 16 |
| My Reimbursements | Draft, submit, and track expense reimbursement claims |
Editing your profile
From My Profile, employees can update their own photo and personal details directly. Bank accounts and identity documents submitted here go through HR Admin's verify/reject review before they're treated as confirmed — see Employees.
My Team
Employees who manage others also see a My Team section alongside My HR, giving them approval queues scoped to their direct reports for attendance regularisation, leave requests and comp-off — without needing full HR Admin access.
Tips
- Submit bank account and identity document changes as early as possible — they need HR Admin review before the next payroll run can use them.
- Check My Dashboard first; it surfaces anything pending (a regularisation awaiting approval, a declaration window closing soon) without digging through each page.
