Barcode Labels

Generate print-ready barcode labels for any item in your catalogue, directly from YSUITE.

Requires the MoneyPro module.

Generating labels

1. Open Apps → Barcode Generator.
2. Select the item or items you want labels for.
3. Choose how many labels to generate per item — useful when printing for an entire received batch at once.
4. Generate and print.

Scanning

Barcodes generated this way scan back into the item lookups used across sales, purchasing and inventory screens, so a scan at the counter or receiving dock resolves straight to the right item.

Tips

• Generate labels as part of your goods-receipt process, so newly received stock is barcoded before it reaches the shelf.
• Reprint labels any time — generating a new batch doesn't affect the item's existing stock or history.
