Forms Overview
Forms lets you build and publish web forms that collect data from customers, prospects, or team members. Responses are stored in YSUITE and can trigger automations.
Requires the Forms add-on.
What you can do with Forms

How it fits together
- Build a form in the Form Builder — choose fields, set required/optional, add conditional logic.
- Publish the form — share the public URL or embed it.
- Submissions appear in the Responses tab in real time.
- Optionally, create an Automation with the Form Submitted trigger to act on new responses (e.g. create a lead, send a WhatsApp message).
