Form Responses
Every time someone submits a form, the response is stored and visible from the Forms page.
Viewing responses
- Go to Forms.
- Select a form from the list — the right panel shows its responses.
- Click a response row to view the full submission details.
Each response shows:
- All submitted field values
- Submission date and time
- Respondent identifier (email or name if those fields are included)
Filtering and searching
Use the search bar above the responses table to filter by any field value. Responses are ordered by submission date (newest first).
Deleting responses
- Select one or more responses using the checkboxes.
- Click Delete in the bulk-action bar.
Deleting a response is permanent and cannot be undone.
Response count
The form list shows a response count badge on each form — a quick view of how many submissions a form has received.
Using responses in automations
Form submissions can trigger automations:
- Create an automation with the Form Submitted trigger.
- Select the specific form.
- Add actions — for example, create a lead from the submitted name/email, or send a WhatsApp message.
