Rewards Overview

The Rewards module lets you run customer loyalty programs, issue reward vouchers, and set up incentive programs — directly within YSUITE.

Requires the Loyalty add-on.

Loyalty Programs

Loyalty programs let you reward customers every time they make a purchase. Configure:

  • Program name and description
  • Points earning rules (e.g. 1 point per AED 10 spent)
  • Points redemption value
  • Minimum points required to redeem

Customers accumulate points across invoices. When they redeem, a credit note is generated and applied to their next invoice.

Reward Vouchers

Vouchers are fixed-value discount codes assigned to a specific customer.

Field Description

Customer The contact this voucher is assigned to
Status Active, Used, or Expired
Origin How the voucher was created (manual or from a loyalty program)

Issuing a voucher

  1. Go to RewardsReward Vouchers.
  2. Click + New Voucher.
  3. Select the customer, enter the value, and set the validity dates.
  4. Save — the voucher is immediately active and can be applied to an invoice.

Applying a voucher

Apply a voucher code when creating or editing an invoice. The voucher value is deducted from the invoice total and the voucher is marked as Used.

Incentive Programs

Incentive programs can be configured for sales staff or partners. Set up rules for commission or bonus calculations based on closed deals or paid invoices.


Tips

  • Vouchers generated from loyalty points redemptions are linked to the originating invoice — you can trace the full voucher history from the voucher detail view.
  • Expired vouchers remain visible in the list with an Expired status for record-keeping.
