Projects is built for structured, multi-phase work — where TaskPro's standalone tasks aren't enough on their own.
Requires the Projects module.
What's in Projects

Opening a project gives you: Overview, Milestones, Tasks, Issues, Time Logs, Files, Updates, and Finance.
Getting started
- Create a project — from scratch, or from a template.
- Set a budget if you want cost tracking.
- Break the work down into Task Lists, Tasks, Milestones and Issues.
- Log time as work happens, and check Finance to see committed cost and unbilled work-in-progress build up.
- Bill unbilled time into an invoice when you're ready.
Tips
- Link a project to a CRM deal and its contact for end-to-end visibility from opportunity through delivery.
- Use Files and Updates to keep project communication and documents in one place rather than scattered across email.
