POS Settings & Printing

Configure how your POS terminal behaves and how receipts print, once per terminal or organisation-wide.

Requires the POS module and admin access to change settings.

POS settings

Go to Settings → POS to configure general terminal behaviour — this is also where dropdown options used on the POS screen (such as order types) are managed.

Print configuration

Set up receipt printing under Settings → POS → Print Config. YSUITE POS supports direct printing to connected thermal printers, so a sale can be receipted immediately at the counter without a manual print step.

Tips

• Test print configuration on the actual terminal hardware you'll use day to day — receipt layout and thermal printer behaviour can vary by device.
