The YSUITE CRM gives your sales team a single view of every contact, lead, deal, and conversation — from first touch to closed sale.

The CRM module requires the CRM add-on on your YSUITE plan.

Key concepts

How it fits together

  1. A prospect fills in a web form → a Lead is created automatically.
  2. Your team qualifies the lead and converts it to a Deal in the relevant pipeline.
  3. The deal moves through stages as your team progresses the opportunity.
  4. Activities (calls, meetings, tasks) are logged against the deal at each step.
  5. When the deal is won, an Invoice can be raised directly from MoneyPro.
