Account Setup
Business Profile
Your business profile drives defaults across all modules — company name on invoices, logo in emails, currency for financial reports.
Go to Settings → Business Profile to update:
- Company name & logo
- Address — printed on invoices and quotations
- Default currency
- Timezone
- VAT / Tax number
Billing & Subscription
Manage your plan under Settings → Billing:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
- Download past invoices

Team Permissions
YSUITE uses role-based access control (RBAC):
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all modules, settings, and billing |
| Manager | Access to all modules; cannot change billing or team settings |
| Member | Access to assigned modules only |
You can create custom roles with granular permissions under Settings → Roles.
Security
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) — recommended for all users with admin access
- Session management — view and revoke active sessions from Settings → Security
- Audit log — a full log of all account activity is available under Settings → Audit Log
