DinePro Settings

Before taking orders, set up your tables, kitchen stations, and printing preferences. All DinePro settings are under Settings → DinePro.


Dining Tables

Dining tables represent the physical tables in your venue.

To add a table:

  1. Go to Settings → DinePro → Dining Tables.
  2. Click + Add Table and enter a table name/number.
  3. Save. The table is now selectable when creating orders.

You can reorder tables by dragging them — the display order in DinePro matches the order set here.

To remove a table, delete it from the list. Tables with active open orders cannot be deleted.


Multi-Kitchen

Multi-kitchen lets you route different menu items to separate preparation stations (e.g. hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bar).

To enable:

  1. Go to Settings → DinePro → Multi Kitchen.
  2. Toggle Enable Multi-Kitchen on.
  3. Add kitchen stations — give each a name.

When multi-kitchen is enabled, each item added to an order can be assigned to a specific kitchen station. The Kitchen Queue view can be filtered by station.


Bill Templates

Configure how bills are printed or displayed to customers.

  • Choose from available document themes (layout and styling).
  • The active template is used for all bill prints.

To update:

  1. Go to Settings → DinePro → Document Themes.
  2. Select a theme and save.

DinePro supports thermal and standard printer setups.

Setting Description
KOT printing Enable automatic kitchen order ticket printing when an order is placed
Bill printing Configure bill print format (thermal / A4)
Printer profile Set paper width and margins for thermal printers

Go to Settings → DinePro → Print Configuration to adjust these settings.


Other Settings

Additional configuration options:

Setting Description
Default tax Pre-select a tax rate for all new orders
Round-off totals Configure rounding (off, ±0.1, ±0.5, ±1)
Service charge Add an automatic service charge percentage
Allow order notes Enable/disable free-text notes on orders

DinePro uses the same item catalogue as the rest of YSUITE. Add or edit menu items under the main Items module. Set the item type, price, and tax rate there — they will appear automatically in the DinePro order screen.

Group items into categories using Item Groups for easier browsing in the order entry screen.
