MoneyPro Overview
MoneyPro is YSUITE's financial management module — covering the complete money-in / money-out lifecycle for your business, split into a Sales side and a Purchasing side.
Requires the MoneyPro module.
MoneyPro — Sales

How it fits together
- Send a Quotation → customer accepts → convert to Sales Order, Delivery Challan, or straight to Invoice.
- Customer pays → record the payment → invoice marked as paid.
- Raise a Purchase Order → goods arrive → record a Goods Receipt → convert to a Purchase Bill → record the payment made.
- Issue a Credit Note or Debit Note if either side of a transaction needs correcting after the fact.

Currency & tax
MoneyPro supports multi-currency documents — set a currency per customer or vendor, and exchange rates apply automatically. Tax rates and groups are configured under Settings → Accounting → Taxes and applied per line item across every document type. See Taxes & Currency.
