MoneyPro Overview
MoneyPro is YSUITE's financial management module — covering the complete money-in / money-out lifecycle for your business.
Requires the MoneyPro add-on.
What's in MoneyPro

How it fits together
- Send a Quotation → customer accepts → convert to Invoice.
- Raise a Purchase Order → goods received → convert to Bill → record Payment Made.
- Customer pays → record Payment Received → invoice marked as Paid.
- Issue a Credit Note if the customer is owed a refund against a paid invoice.
Currency & tax
MoneyPro supports multi-currency invoicing. Each document can be raised in a different currency; conversion rates are set per document.
Tax rates (VAT/GST) are configured under Settings → Tax Rates and applied per line item on invoices, quotations, and POs.
