Contacts
Contacts are the foundation of your CRM. A contact can be an Individual (a person) or a Business (a company). Individuals can be linked to a parent Business contact.
Contact types

Adding a contact
- Go to CRM → Contacts.
- Click + New Contact in the top right.
- Select the contact type: Individual or Business.
- Fill in: Name (required), email, phone, address.
- Optionally add: tax number, notes, tags, notification preferences, and custom fields.
- Click Save.

Importing contacts
- Go to CRM → Contacts → Import.
- Download the sample CSV template.
- Fill in your contacts following the column headers.
- Upload the file — duplicates are detected by email address.
- Map any unmapped columns, then confirm the import.
Segmenting with tags
Tags let you group contacts for filtered views and campaigns:
- Add tags when creating or editing a contact.
- Filter the contact list by one or more tags.
- Use tags as trigger conditions in Automation workflows.
- Target a tag group with a WhatsApp Campaign.
Custom fields
If the default fields don't cover your data:
- Go to Settings → Custom Fields → Contacts.
- Add fields of type: text, number, date, dropdown, or checkbox.
- Custom fields appear on every contact record and in CSV exports.
Linked records
From any contact record you can see and manage:
