TaskPro Overview
TaskPro is YSUITE's work management module. It covers standalone tasks, meetings and calls, and time tracking — all linked to your CRM contacts, leads and deals.
Requires the TaskPro module. For structured, multi-phase work with milestones and a budget, see Projects instead.
What's in TaskPro

How it fits together
- Tasks, meetings and calls created in CRM Activities (against a contact, lead or deal) are the same activities visible in TaskPro.
- Time logged against an activity is available for reporting per user or date range.
- Activities can be created automatically via Automations when a deal changes stage or a form is submitted.
- For work that needs milestones, a budget, or a Gantt-style timeline, use Projects rather than a standalone TaskPro task.
