Meta Lead Ads

Connect a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Lead Ads account so leads submitted through your ad forms land directly in YSUITE — no manual export.

Requires the CRM module and admin access to connect the integration.

Connecting your account

1. Go to Settings → CRM → Meta Leads Integration.
2. Click Connect and authorise YSUITE against your Meta account.
3. Choose the Facebook page whose lead ads you want to bring in.

Mapping forms

1. Select a lead form from the connected page.
2. Map each form field to the corresponding CRM lead field.
3. Toggle the form on to start receiving leads from it.

A form can be toggled off at any time to stop importing from it without disconnecting the whole integration.

Disconnecting

Disconnect a connected page when you no longer want its lead forms feeding into YSUITE — this stops new leads from that page without affecting leads already imported.

Tips

• Combine this with Automation to assign, tag or notify the moment a Meta lead arrives, rather than relying on someone to check for new leads manually.
• Review your field mapping after editing a lead form in Meta's Ads Manager — a changed form field won't map itself automatically.
