Projects
Projects give you a structured way to organise related work. Each project contains a hierarchy of activities — Task Lists, Tasks, Milestones, and Issues — all managed in one place.
Requires the Projects add-on.
Creating a project
- Go to TaskPro → Projects.
- Click + New Project.
- Fill in: Project Name (required).
- Optionally set: description, start date, end date, assigned users, and tags.
- Click Save.
Project activity types
Within a project, work is organised using four activity types:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Task List | A group of tasks (like a sprint or section) |
| Task | An individual work item within a task list |
| Milestone | A key checkpoint or deliverable |
| Issue | A bug report or problem to resolve |
Building the project structure
- Open a project.
- Click + Add to create a Task List.
- Inside the task list, click + Add Task to create tasks.
- Add Milestones and Issues at the project level.
Activities can be nested: a Task List contains Tasks; Milestones and Issues sit at the top level.
Activity fields
Each project activity supports:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Name of the activity |

| Start Date | When work begins |
| Due Date | Deadline |
| Priority | None / Low / Medium / High / Urgent |
| Status | Open / In Progress / Completed / Cancelled |
