Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their subscriptions or add-ons at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, the service will continue to remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are calculated based on the remaining days of the canceled subscription/add-on for the current billing cycle.
  • Exclusions: No refunds will be issued for SMS or WhatsApp add-ons. These services are non-refundable due to their nature.
  • Refunds will not be processed if your access to YSUITE Services has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The credited amount will be reflected in the customer's bank account depending on the bank's processing time.
