Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their subscriptions or add-ons at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• Upon cancellation, the service will continue to remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are calculated based on the remaining days of the cancelled subscription/add-on for the current billing cycle.
• Exclusions: No refunds will be issued for SMS or WhatsApp add-ons. These services are non-refundable due to their nature.
• Refunds will not be processed if your access to YSUITE Services has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. The credited amount will be reflected in the customer's bank account depending on the bank's processing time.
